Common questions

How do I delete what a character remembers?

Open that character from the home screen and tap what they remember. You can edit or delete any single detail, delete all of them, or turn remembering off for that character entirely.

How do I delete my child's information?

Settings → Delete your child's profile. That removes the profile, every character thread, and everything remembered. Settings → Delete account removes everything, including your account.

Is anyone listening to the calls?

No. We do not record or store call audio, and no person at Littlebird listens to your child. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what happens during a call.

Can a character say something upsetting?

Every call carries rules that cannot be overridden, and what you write is checked before the call happens. If something ever does go wrong, please tell us — include roughly when the call was and which character, and we will look into it straight away.

Why does it need the microphone?

So the character can hear your child and reply. It is only used during a call, and only asked for when you make your first one.

How much does it cost?

Littlebird is in development and is not charging yet.
